About the HPE0-S62 exam
HPE0-S62 asks an architect to turn a customer's business goals into an HPE Compute design, with a strong focus on AI. Its five equal sections cover customer discovery, HPE Compute Ops Management, HPE Synergy with HPE Morpheus VM Essentials Software, HPE AI solutions, and HPE Private Cloud AI with NVIDIA. Passing it is one requirement for the HPE ASE - Compute architect certification. New candidates also need HPE ATP - Compute solutions or HPE ATP - Hybrid Cloud, plus three continuous learning exams.
The PlanetCert practice test follows the five sections, and every answer comes with an explanation. Those explanations help most where products sound alike: HPE OpsRamp Software and Compute Ops Management, or HPE Morpheus VM Essentials and HPE Morpheus Enterprise. Brainy AI Assistant can explain how Compute Ops Management reaches a third-party server, or why a scenario calls for HPE Private Cloud AI. Study mode suits the two AI sections, where reading each explanation at once helps link workloads to products.

How to prepare for HPE0-S62
- 1
Sort out the product names first
Several HPE products sound alike. Write one line on what each does: Compute Ops Management, HPE OpsRamp Software, HPE OneView, VM Essentials and Morpheus Enterprise.
- 2
Onboard a server to Compute Ops Management
If a lab or demo account is available, connect one server through iLO, create a server group with a firmware baseline and open the AI insights pages.
- 3
Design one VM Essentials cluster on paper
Draw a three-host cluster with shared iSCSI or Fibre Channel storage and separate networks for management, storage and VM traffic. Then note what changes when the hosts are Synergy compute modules.
- 4
Practise AI discovery conversations
Take three customer stories, such as a pilot chatbot, a document search tool and a model in production. Rate each one's AI maturity and choose between a single accelerated server and HPE Private Cloud AI.
- 5
Test each section, then the whole
Work through the HPE0-S62 practice test one section at a time in study mode, then take a timed run. Ask Brainy AI Assistant about any product whose role is still unclear.
